Surgical Tech Spread Hep-C, Plea Deal Rejected

Last year, a surgical tech from Colorado pleaded guilty to stealing syringes from hospitals and refilling them for patient use. In the process, she infected dozens of patients with Hep-C. A federal judge last week rejected the terms of her plea.
